Design Notes
mStrawberry contains a PstI site. To make this part conform with RFC 10, we suggest digesting this BioBrick at EcoRI and XbaI. Digest the upstream sequence at EcoRI and Spe1.
Emission Spectrum
Characteristic emission spectrum for mStrawberry, showing its percent increase in fluorescence over that of DH5 alhpa cells at specific wavelengths. As expected, peak emission occurs at 600nm [1].
