Below are predictions from the Voigt/Salis RBS calculator.

Although no quantifiable data has yet been taken, there is some qualitative data. When using Anaerobic Fluorescent Protein as a reporter, it was necessary to use the Super RBS because B0034 did not have a high enough translation rate. Super RBS solved this problem.
