Applications of BBa_K208001

This part can be used to for the overexpression of phasin protein in cells. Due to its binding properties with polyhydroxyalkanoates, this proteins could be of use in recombinant protein purification or in PHA recovery. It works both in fusion and non-fusion applications.

UNIPV-Pavia

We PCR-mutagenized this part in order to remove the stop codon and realize two new versions useful for the creation of fusion proteins: an head (BBa_K300002) and internal domain part (BBa_K300003) - (more informations at BBa_K300002 Design page and BBa_K300003 Design page).
