Design Notes

We ligate BioBricks BBa_K320000 and BBa_P1003

The first BioBricks (BBa_K320000) was intial in the pSB1C3 backbone vector. We opened it with the restriction enzyme SpeI and PstI.

The second part (BBa_P1003) was also stored in the pSB1C3 backbone vector. This one we digested with Xba and PstI.

Source

The BioBricks assembled from BBa_K320000 and BBa_P1003.
