This has been obtain by PCR from pHM2-GFP [http://www.pnas.org/content/104/21/9047.long [1]] a strand of Asaia containing a plasmid coding for GFP provided to us by the team of Prof. Guido Favia from Dipartimento di Medicina Sperimentale e Sanità Pubblica, Università degli Studi di Camerino, 62032 Camerino, Italy.
