Luc2_SV40 (microRNA binding site compatible)

Luc2 with XmaI/XhoI site inserted in the 3'UTR right behind the stop codon (BB-2, RFC12). XmaI/XhoI were introduced into the 3'UTR right after the stop codon for enabling the introduction of microRNA binding sites.
