3OC6HSL inducible generator for BBa_K300095

This construct was used to test the possibility to induce the synthesis of fusion proteins composed by phasin (BBa_K300002), intein (BBa_K300004) and linkers (BBa_K105012). With this BioBrick was also tested the right folding of the recombinant proteins by measuring the GFP reporter (in BBa_K300005).
