VirA/G screening system test
This BioBrick is made to test our virA screening system and the strategy for directed evolution, respectively. It contains an unmutated virA under the control of a constitutive promoter and the screening device BBa_K389011.
Usage and Biology
This Device can be used for characterization and screening of mutated VirA receptors.
For a working VirA/G-receptor system, you also need the virA BioBrick BBa_K389001. You can find the complete working system here: BBa_K389015
