Design Notes
Some restriction enzyme cutting sites are added between the sequence so that we can change the sequences of difference core of fusion protein easily. However the sequence and the expression way of this part need to be optimized

The signal peptide and autotranspoter sequences come from Pseudomonas aeruginosa genomic sequence. The PEBP sequence is predicted by modeling.
