sGFP1-10 tether expression pathway (T7)
This pathway expresses sGFP1-10 tether (BBa_K5301017) using T7 expression system,containing T7 promoter, mSA, sGFP1-10, and T7 terminator.
Usage and Biology
We used this pathway to express sGFP1-10 tether(mSA - sGFP1-10) by using T7 expression system in E.coli, and the expression of sGFP1-10 tether can be induced by IPTG. For more information on sGFP1-10 tether[1-10], go to BBa_K5301017.
