We experimentally observed that bacterial growth curve can change if cells are transformed with different genetic circuits.  Indeed, we observed that cells trasformed with BBa_K079031 and with BBa_K079032 display different growths. Moreover, we reasoned that is not sufficient to characterized a part or a device in terms of fluorescence, but is also important to understand how the bacterial cells grow and how the fluorescence expressed is related to the growth phase.
