BsRBS

This part consists of the ribosome binding site of Bacillus subtilis (already described by Vellanoweth & Rabinowitz 1992) followed by a 7 bp spacer.

BsRBS only served for design purposes of the TU Dresden iGEM 2024 Team. This part was neither built nor characterized in the laboratory.


Target organism: Bacillus subtilis

Main purpose of use:: Gene expression and protein production using the host Bacillus subtilis
