z domain refers to a synthetic protein domain that has the ability to bind to the Fc region of immunoglobulin G (IgG). In our project design, z domain is used to construct extracellular vesicles (EVs) that can display antibodies, so that these EVs can bind specific antibodies through the z domain on their surface, so as to achieve targeted delivery to specific cells or tissues
