Applications of BBa_K5143026

Alphafactor-venus composite part has been inserted in the final construct by cloning. Next, the final construct has been transformed in BY4741 S. cerevisiae strain in order to test the GAP promoter activation and the secretion of the protein by measuring the fluorescence of the venus chromoprotein.
