Introduction
The hoxY is a subunit of the hox and hyp operon BBa_K5115020.
Usage and Biology
It's used to buid up the hydrogenase which ruduces the nickel ion. In our experiment, it was construct into our ribozyme-assisted polycistronic co-expression system BBa_K5115013
