Introduction
The csoS3 is a subunit of the csoS operon BBa_K5115034.
Usage and Biology
CsoSCA encodes the β-carbonic anhydrase enzyme, essential for carbon fixation within the α-carboxysome. In our system, it will be combined with other subunits of the csoS operon to generate a complete synthetic α-carboxysome shell in E. coli.
