Introduction
The hoxU is a subunit of the hox and hyp operon BBa_K5115020.
Usage and Biology
It's used to buid up the hydrogenase which ruduces the nickel ion. In our experiment, it was linked with ribozyme system BBa_K5115012in case that it can be expressed smoothly in a polucostronic sequences.
