CII/TetR Damped Oscillator With GFP Reporter (I)
This part is a time delay device using the regulatory promoter and the interaction between the activator, repressor and regulatory promoter. The promoter pRE could be induced by BBa_K116602,the activator CII, which results in the production of the TetR and green fluorescent protein. TetR could repress the regulatory promoter BBa_R0040 pTet, which results in the lower production of the activator CII.
