csoS4B
Introduction
The csoS4B is a subunit of the csoS operonBBa_K5115034.
Usage and Biology
It encodes one of the shell proteins that form structural components of the α-carboxysome shell. In our design, these subunits will be combined with other components of the csoS operon to assemble a complete synthetic α-carboxysome shell in E. coli.
