The pLac can be repressed by LacI protein which can be inhibited by IPTG. The cheZ protein is responsible for the dephosphorylation of cheY protein in bacteria flagella movement and is tagged by 6-Histidine tail. At the beginnning, we intend to use this part to control the speed of our Bactormotor by adjusting the concentration of inducer IPTG. However, we found the leaky expression is too high. Then our group combined it with to construct a new biobrick BBa_K283014. Unfortunately, we found that it still high. In the end, we created speed control device BBa_K283002 instead of it.This part does not pose any biological threat.
