The gene expression cheZ is controled by the cI regulated promoter K094002 which is based on the pR promoter from bacteriophage lambda. The promoter has two DNA binding sites for lambda cI repressor. cI binding results in repression of transcription. Our group intended to use this device to realize speed control system.
