ackA-pta Donor
AckA-pta Donor is exogenous DNA used by cells as a template for homologous recombination repair (HDR) after SgRNA and Cas9 complexes have caused DNA double-strand breaks at the target site.

The genes at both end of the ackA-pta gene were selected as the upper and downer homology arms, which were amplified separately, purified and recovered, then joined by overlap to obtain the ackA-pta Donor.
