GS linker
In order to minimise the possibility that the linkers will obstruct the folding and operation of the protein domains between our adhesive protein (cp19k and mefp-5), reporter protein (mSandy2) and fusion protein (CsgA) for surface display, we use the GS linker in our adhesion module’s plasmids as a “bridge” to prevent the creation of secondary structures and cause the function loss.
