NadB+ADH1 terminator with adapter
It codes for L-aspartate oxidase, which is an enzyme that involved in NAD synthesis. It turns aspartate into Iminoaspartate. It is involved in the pathway: NAD biosynthesis, aspartate => quinolinate => NAD
Length checking of nadB
We use electrophoresis to check the length of the fragment
Overall metabolic pathway of NMN
NadB is involved in the pathway of Astaxanthin production in PTSH-Taiwan's project.
