Introduction

This composite part is designed to assess whether pRAP can function in cyanobacteria. It includes StayGold, stem-loop, Twister P1, and smURFP. When both red and green fluorescence can be expressed, it can be concluded that pRAP is functional in cyanobacteria. This provides a convenient expression system for genetic modification in cyanobacteria.
