CI repressible LuxI enzyme generator
A cI repressible promoter driving production LuxI enzyme which produces an AHL (3OC6HSL).
This part is used to transform E.coli strain N99,which express cI constitutively, and N4830,which express temperature-sensitive cI constitutively.
We improve existing BioBrick Part F1610(https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_F1610), and construct K193001.
