This part of the code is laccase. It is a reductive enzyme in E. coli. This part is useful for catalyzing intracellular oxygen with reducing substances, accelerating oxygen consumption and thus creating an intracellular hypoxic environment.The detailed principle of action of laccase is shown in BBa_K4232010. The specific construction of the laccase plasmid is shown in Figure 1. Since the expression of laccase is affected by copper ions, we added copper ions during the laccase culture process, and the specific difference in fluorescence intensity is shown in Figure 2.
