Reverse of BBa_K525998.
This part is used for the expression of siRNA. It consists in the reves¿rse sequence of a T7 promoter and a RBS.
In order to produce double-stranded siRNAs, we need the sequences in both directions. This is why we designed the reverse sequence for this part.
