T7 promoter- RBS-6x His tag- amyloid beta- T7 terminator
This composite part consists of T7 promoter (BBa_K3633015), lac operator (BBa_K4165062), AB-RBS (BBa_K4165095), 6x His-tag (BBa_K4165020), amyloid beta (BBa_K4165005), and T7 terminator (BBa_K731721), The His tag was attached to the Amyloid beta coding sequence to serve in the purification using NI-NTA column.
Usage and Biology
Amyloid β Protein Fragment 1-42 results from the amyloidogenic degradation of Amyloid beta precursor and forms toxic plaques inside the brain leading to the development of Alzheimer's Disease, this protein which we target to degrade in our project.

Mathematical modeling
Transcription rate and translation rate under T7 promotor
the mathematical modeling was based on our code for the calculation of transcription and translation (you can find it in the code section) beside with the estimated results from the wet lab.
Figure 1. this figure shows the results from the transcription and translation code showing the variation of mRNA and protein concentrations with time compared with the wet lab results.
