oxySp
oxySp is a promoter induced by OxyR (BBa_K1104200), a transcription factor that is activated by ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species). In our case, we used hydrogen peroxide to activate OxyR protein. For more information on our result regarding our characterization, refer to the composite part oxySp-GFP-Pc-OxyR (BBa_K4225003).
Note that there is another oxySp in the iGEM part registry (BBa_K3152021), however this oxySp sequence is different with theirs.
