pCaCd-mRFP uses the classical red fluorescent protein ( BBa_E1010 ) and the rrnB T1 and T7Te dual terminator ( BBa_B0015 ) inter-assembled with the pCaCd promoter ( BBa_K4156076 ), and introduces the RiboJ sequence and RBS B0034 after pCaCd to optimize gene expression.
