glgA sRNA
An artificially synthetic small RNA(sRNA) that can bind the mRNA of glgA.
Usage and Biology
The glgA sRNA can transcribe small RNA fragments that can bind specifically to glgA's mRNA assisted by the chaperone protein Hfq (BBa_K1963000) so that it can inhibit the expression of glgA, which silences the glgA gene.
