We tested wether the transfection with this part provides exosomes with the ability to be purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography (based on the His-tag). For that, we transfected HEK293T cells and collect the supernatant after 24 hours with 0%FBS. Results show that a single shot of transient transfection (by electroporation) is enough to obtain low yield of purified exosomes.
