Control line DNA

A probe with a 3`-biotin modification. It can be used in lateral flow assay where streptavidin can keep the oligonucleotide in certain area (control line). It can interact with the probe on colloidal gold forming a non-specific signal for positive control. Since this part needs to cooperate with other parts (BBa_K3714006~BBa_K3714008) to function properly, the validation of this part cannot be performed independently. See BBa_K3714009 for validation and BBa_K3714002 for application.
