Test line DNA

A probe with a 5`-biotin modification. It can be used in lateral flow assay where streptavidin can keep the oligonucleotide in certain area (test line). On binding intact aptazyme, the colloidal gold will be enriched around test line. Since this part needs to cooperate with other parts (BBa_K3714006~BBa_K3714008) to function properly, the validation of this part cannot be performed independently.
