XylR repressor(w/o stop codons)

XylR is a xylose based repressor from Bacillus subtilis . It is a part of XylR regulon where it functions to regulate xylose utilization. It can repress Pxyl (BBa_K143014) in absence of xylose.

This is a modified version of XylR (BBa_K143036) from which stop codon is omitted so that it can be fused with P2A linker (BBa_K3889069) to coexpress fluorescent proteins and report protein production.
