Usage and Biology

Usage and Biology: phyb,the promoter of hybO gene which is one of three E.coli hydrogenases synthesized in response to different physiological conditions. HYD2 is involved in hydrogen uptake. And with the sensitive perception of oxygen concentration changes in the phyb promoter, the suicide effect was achieved. In the present project, this phyb promoter has been tested on the BBa_K3875026 (Lac-mazF-T1-lac-phyb-mazE-T1)
