This sequence is part of the insertion of transposable elements by guide RNA–assisted targeting (INTEGRATE) system devised by Vo et al.(2020). The INTEGRATE system consists of CRISPR RNA-guided integrases for bacterial genome engineering (see BBa_K3776022). This repeat flanks the downstream of the donor DNA. (Klompe et al., 2019)
