P28-tetO-deGFP-ssrA
Under the P28 promoter, the Tet operator tetO is expressed along with the production of green fluorescent protein.Under the degradation of ssrA, the tet operator tetO is progressively degraded.
Usage and Biology
1.This plasmid has label ssrA . Compare with P28-tetO-deGFP, we use it to investigate the effect of degradation label ssrA on deGFP fluorescent protein. 2.It can be used in other experiments which hope to express fluorescence with ssrA.
Characterization
This element provides label ssrA . Compared with P28-tetO-deGFP, we can prove that degradation label will decrease the expression of fluorescent protein.
The result shows that the element which has no ssrA can present more fluorescence intensity.
Design Page
We want to know if the network would exhibit a pulse-like signal in TXTL when protein degradation machinery was added.
