This terminator was able to successfully allow transcription and expression of our selective antibiotic marker kanamycin, allowing transformed colonies to grow on a kanamycin-containing agar plate. This antibiotic resistance marker, with its corresponding promoter and terminator, was used in the plasmid BBa_K4047039.
