This TnsB protein from the E.coli Tn7 is part of the insertion of transposable elements by guide RNA–assisted targeting (INTEGRATE) system devised by Vo et al.(2020). The INTEGRATE system consists of CRISPR RNA-guided integrases for bacterial genome engineering (see <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K3776022"> BBa_K3776022</a>). TnsB is a member of the retroviral integrase superfamily and catalyses DNA integration.
