Colloidal gold probe

An oligonucleotide with 3`-thiol modification for binding colloidal gold. In the lateral flow test, it will hybridize with either an aptazyme (on test line) or another oligonucleotide(on control line). Since this part needs to cooperate with other parts (BBa_K3714006~BBa_K3714008) to function properly, the validation of this part cannot be performed independently. See BBa_K3714009 for validation and BBa_K3714002 for application.
