RNA binding Pumilio Homology Domain (Guanin)

The Pumby Domains are 36 amino acid long subunits, that specifically bind one of the RNA bases. The specificallity is due to a variation in the amino acid in position 16 and 20. Multiple Pumby Domains can be assembled into one Pumby protein, being able to bind a sequence of up to 18 RNA nucleotides.

This part is the Guanin binding Pumby Domain.

It can be assembled to a Pumby Protein when combined with the other Pumby Domains:

Adenine:BBa_K3657000

Uracil:BBa_K3657002

Cytosine:BBa_K3657003
