Applications of BBa_K3365061

We transferred plasmid contained this part with dCas9-ωin pWJ66 tagether in △rpoZ-MG1655 to determine if the system can work. We also transferred only this part in △rpoZ-MG1655 as control. And then we detect the fluorescence intensity of the bacterial solution by microplate spectrophotometer every two hours after 10 hours culturing at 37℃.
