The design of this sequence was based on the Sang Woo Seo et al. 2012 article to modulate the expression of the following genes. This is a RBS for the eGFP reporter gene (BBa_K1094400) with a low translation score of 1019402,78. This RBS will be used coupled to the eGFP reporter gene, with high expression, as a control for the E7 construction (Composite part name).
