This NSP4 peptide can be linked with the N-terminus of a recombinant protein and play a role in its secretion. This peptide was choosen by our team to try to export azurin out of our E.coli Nissle 1917 strain.

NSP4 secretion signal peptide

This part codes for a signal peptide, which can be fused to the N-terminus of a polypeptide in order to export the newly synthesised protein out of the cell.
