Switch RNA(of toehold)
It is the part of toehold switch which functions as the controller of suicide switch. It is activated by PCI when oxygen exists in wormcast.
We hope our engineered bacteria not express MazF protein accidentally without having functioned yet, while we also couldn’t avoid the environment with oxygen when we cultivate them in the lab. So we added the switch RNA to mazF, following the PCI downstream
