Design Notes

We run thermodynamic tests for mRNA secondary structures with NUPACK and ViennaRNA to ensure their minimal free energy are in an appropriate range (lower than 0 kcal/mole)

This is a synthetic sequence based upon Green, A.A. et al. and Pardee, K. et al. for detection of miRNA-31. We obtained this sequence through custom gene synthesis of IDT.
