Design Notes

The sequence of 500bp preceding the ORF of GSH1 was retrieved from the yeast genome database. No modifications were applied. The presence of the GSHI yAP-1 response element (YRE) was confirmed by sequence analysis.

Source

Promoter of the gamma-glutamylcysteine synthetase (YJL101C) from the genome of S. Cerevisiae.
