This part is the CDS of enhanced super-folder GFP, which has 3 amino acid difference with sfGFP. To use it, clone it between any RBS and terminator.


Enhanced sfGFP, carrying multiple mutants from E0040

This part codes green fluorescent protein. Though its biological function is similar to that of E0040, nucleotide blasting shows that they have 27% difference in sequence. This part is supposed to produce stronger fluoresce than R0040.
